Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver’s license (Required).
- DMS and CRM experience (preferred)
- Automotive sales experience 2 years (preferred)
- BHPH sales experience 2 years (preferred)
- Ability to read, write and peform basic mathematical calculations.
- Proven record to establish facts and dray conclusions to structure deals.
- Ability to negotiate and communicate with customers.
- Driving history that meets company requirements to be covered by general liability insurance coverage.
- Proficiency in fundamental technology and social media skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional lifting and carrying.
- Ability to access vehicles, assist customers during test drives and access different areas of the dealership.
- Ability to drive vehicles.
