Position Overview
We are seeking a Beverage Manager to lead and uphold a best‑in‑class beverage program in a high‑end, high‑volume environment. This hands‑on leader builds strong bar teams, maintains brand standards, and supports overall operations across service, staffing, inventory, and guest experience. Leading with warmth and professionalism, the Beverage Manager provides real‑time coaching and mentorship and thrives under pressure, with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
Own and uphold all beverage program standards, including liquor, beer, wine, and bar consumables, while managing costs within budget
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with a strong focus on bar service and hospitality
Lead, train, and develop bar and front‑of‑house team members through coaching and performance feedback
Oversee daily operations including shift execution, scheduling, and floor support
Manage ordering, inventory, and cost controls to support financial performance
Maintain cleanliness, uniform standards, and professional appearance of bar and restaurant areas
Assist the General Manager with administrative, financial reporting, invoices, and payroll duties
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years of management experience in an upscale or fine dining environment
3+ years of bartending experience in a high‑end, high‑volume restaurant
Extensive beverage knowledge with strong inventory, ordering, and cost‑control expertise
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
Stable, progressive work history with a strong work ethic
Hospitality degree preferred
