The Benefits Processing Specialist is responsible for administering pension and annuity benefits by accurately processing transactions and ensuring compliance with plan guidelines and regulatory requirements. This position also delivers high-quality customer service by assisting clients and fund professionals, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate records while supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
Job Duties:
Respond to client and fund professional inquiries
Process pension and annuity benefit transactions
Submit benefit information to plan custodians
Maintain accurate client and fund records
Assist with mailings and regulatory notices
Prepare and maintain status reports
Provide receptionist relief and support as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned
