Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to support day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement plans, FSA/HSA, COBRA, LOA, and wellness programs. This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate benefits administration and an exceptional employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits programs and resolve employee inquiries
- Manage benefits data in Workday, BenefitSolver, payroll, and vendor systems
- Process benefits invoices and support payroll deductions audits
- Coordinate HIPAA compliance, COBRA administration, annual enrollment, and non-discrimination testing
- Support Leave of Absence (LOA), HSA/FSA, retirement, and wellness programs
- Maintain benefits documentation, SharePoint sites, and employee communications
- Partner with HR, Finance, and benefits vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of dedicated Benefits Administration experience
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits, HIPAA, COBRA, LOA, FSA/HSA, and retirement plans
- Hands-on experience with Workday and HRIS systems
- Strong Excel and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience with Canadian benefits programs
- Experience with ServiceNow/PSS environments
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
