What your future day will look like:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within clients and carriers
  • Ensure client inquires and needs are met in a timely manner
  • Construct, examine, and negotiate RFPs
  • Demonstrate knowledge of compliance and legislative issues such as ERISA, HIPPA, COBRA, ACA, and more
  • Maintain client information in company database
  • Collaborate with Employee Benefits Department

Type:  Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Human Resource experience required, PHR/SPHR a plus
  • Current Life & Health license or ability to obtain within 90 days required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PPT
