- Location: Henryville, IN
- Pay Rate: $20 per hour
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift/Hours: 12 hours, 6:15pm - 6:15 am
Key Duties:- Ensure client safety and wellbeing through continuous supervision
- Conduct safety checks and manage belongings
- Facilitate educational and rehabilitative groups
- Document client progress and vital signs
- Apply de-escalation techniques and assist in emergencies
- Support recreational activities and treatment goals
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior experience as a Behavioral Health Associate (minimum 1 year)
- Experience supporting similar client populations is a plus
- Familiarity with mental health conditions, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
- BLS and CPI (can get on-site upon starting)
