POSITION:
BAS Controls Specialist/Programmer
LOCATION:
Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prior experience as a Controls Specialist/Programmer or similar position
Program custom applications from scratch or prepackaged libraries
Communicate effectively with technicians and PMs in the field
Create controls databases from scratch
Familiar with BAS communication protocols, specifically BACnet
Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues within systems
Manage programs from start to finish and ensure they cover all requirements
Understanding of graphical programs such as Tridium front ends
Acute knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration within controls
