Fitzgerald's is looking for a Lead Bartender ready to take real ownership of their bar program. Located in the heart of historic Georgetown and part of Clyde's Restaurant Group (14 concepts across the DMV), Fitzgerald's occupies a space with serious history: it was once home to F. Scott's, an Art Deco disco cocktail lounge that in the '80s drew a champagne-and-caviar crowd — Sugar Ray Leonard included. Today, Fitzgerald's carries that legacy forward as a cocktail-centric bar and restaurant with a modern bar program in the heart of western Georgetown.

What We Look For
- Prior bartending experience required — ideally with a track record of running your own program or shift
- A self-starter who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction
- Genuine hospitality instincts — friendly, hardworking, and service-driven
- Strong communicator, comfortable leading and setting tone for the bar team
- Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Problem-solver who handles guest issues with courtesy and confidence
What You'll Own
- Full bar setup, breakdown, and nightly standards — cleanliness, stock, presentation
- Crafting and mixing drink orders to standard recipes, with room to bring your own flair
- Inventory, ordering, and restocking
- Cash handling: banks, reconciliation, waiter bank verification
- ID verification
- Setting the social tone at the bar — the "Fitzy's" experience guests come back for
