1. Bartender
Bartenders are responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and directly serving customers.
Key Responsibilities: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Keep the bar clean and stocked, handle cash/POS transactions, and comply with state liquor laws.
Requirements: Deep knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, and wine. Strong multi-tasking and customer service skills. Certification for alcohol and food safety is often required.
2. Server
