Alongside Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, we're seeking passionate individuals to join our team.* Greet guests promptly in friendly manner* Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.* Prepares and stocks bar areas with all products including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice, etc.,* Maintains stocks, prepares, cures and stores all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality* Distributes menus and presents the daily specials; answer questions regarding the menu* Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in timely manner* Check guests at bar for proper identification; adheres to Responsible Alcohol Service policy and alcohol service regulations.* Detects and acts upon guest inebriation as trained.* Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards; keeps work area clean and organized.* Completes opening and closing duties including cleaning tasks in assigned area and preparation tasks.* Prepares guests checks and collect payment; adhere to Levy Payment Integrity Policy.* Assists with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning duties, inventory management, and preparation tasks.* Performs other duties as assignedRequired Skills:* Excellent customer service skills; ability to interact professionally and effectively.* Proficient in mixology, with the ability to prepare a variety of classic and custom cocktails; knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and alcohol types.* Ability to operate point-of-sale systems and cash-handling experience.* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.* Knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices, and sanitation requirements.* This position may require the following valid certifications; ServSafe Alcohol Certification, and Maricopa County approved Food Handler certification.* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required for stadium events.Qualifications* Previous experience in the restaurant and/or sports entertainment industry.* Previous bartender experience preferred.Physical demands:* Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods, ranging 6-12 hours, during events or as required by operational demands.* Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking, standing, ascending/descending stairs, as necessary.* Frequently required to use fingers and hands to operate equipment.* Exposure to heat, steam, and cold temperatures within the kitchen environment.* Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.* Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel as needed.Apply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
