Experienced Bartender

Brennan's seeks experienced, passionate, and efficient bartenders to join our talented service team. About You:

• 2-3 years of restaurant experience in upscale concept
• High volume background is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Toast proficiency is a plus

About the Job:

Bartenders at Brennan's are responsible for serving guests in a professional and welcoming manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Bartenders must have a commanding knowledge of classic cocktails, be able to multi-task, and should enjoy interacting with guests. Bartenders must be knowledgeable and passionate about food, wine, hospitality, and delivering on our service standards. Applicant must have 2+ years of experience in a fine dining restaurant. Please be prepared to present two cocktail recipes.
