Our Baristas create welcoming experiences for every guest while handcrafting high-quality coffee beverages with care, consistency, and attention to detail. You’ll provide exceptional hospitality, prepare beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
We are looking for team members who:
- Have engaging, warm, and welcoming communication skills

- Ideally have at least 1 year of barista experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality
- Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages according to Tatte recipes and standards
- Answer guest questions about coffee and café offerings
- Operate espresso machines and bar equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station
- Deliver beautiful, high-quality coffee beverages with consistency
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Passion for hospitality, coffee, and teamwork
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment
- At least 1 year of experience using manual espresso equipment in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment is preferred
