Barista/ Manager

We are seeking a skilled Barista/Manager to oversee daily coffee shop operations while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a balance of hands-on coffee preparation and effective staff management to ensure smooth cafe functionality and outstanding product quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee and other beverages to company standards
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
• Manage cash register and ensure accurate cash handling
• Control inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Train and develop barista team members
• Maintain quality assurance on products and service
• Handle order management and supply logistics

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in food service
