Bar Manager

Dear Charlotte is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead the exciting pre-opening phase and launch of our bar program. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up establishing the vision, standards, and culture that will define our bar experience from day one.

About the Role:

You'll take ownership of the bar's foundation and ongoing success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Spearhead the pre-opening process, from concept to launch day
• Establish bar standards, procedures, and service expectations that reflect our brand
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train a talented bar team
• Lead daily bar operations and ensure consistent, excellent service execution
• Develop and execute a cocktail-forward beverage program
• Collaborate on seasonal cocktail offerings and menu evolution
• Mentor and develop team members to foster growth and retention

About You:

You're a passionate hospitality professional with proven bar management experience. You excel at building teams, creating systems, and translating a vision into reality. You have a genuine interest in craft cocktails and understand that great service starts with strong leadership and clear communication. You're organized, detail-oriented, and energized by the challenge of a pre-opening environment.
