Opportunity: Banquet Bartender

Essential Job Functions:
Check Banquet Event Orders to determine function details and guest count.
Set up portable bars according to policies and procedures.
Prepare beverages following established guidelines and adhere to alcohol serving regulations.
Handle cash policies appropriately.
Clean and break down the bar area, removing trash and equipment.
Practice safety, wear protective gear, and follow OSHA standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous bartending/banquet experience or training.
TIPS Certification a plus.
Food Sanitation Certification required within 90 days.
