Adams & Martin Group is partnering with one of the fastest-growing Am Law 200 firms in Downtown San Diego to hire a Bankruptcy Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of bankruptcy litigation experience to support a dynamic team of attorneys. Bankruptcy Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and notices in bankruptcy and related litigation matters
  • Manage Chapter 11 case administration and assist with U.S. Trustee reporting
  • Analyze claims, review proofs of claim, and support objection strategies
  • Monitor dockets, track deadlines, and coordinate filings via CM/ECF
  • Ensure compliance with federal and local bankruptcy rules across CA, AZ, and NV
  • Support adversary proceedings and contested matters
  • Prepare fee applications and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate service, noticing, and stakeholder communications
  • Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and cross-office teams to manage priorities
