Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Baker to join our team in Orlando, FL. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site role responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. In this role, you will measure and mix ingredients, prepare doughs and batters, operate baking equipment, and ensure products are baked to perfection. You will play a key role in maintaining product freshness, presentation, and daily production flow. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in their work, and values consistency and attention to detail.
