Assistant Branch Manager – B2B Sales (Territory Sales Track) Orlando, FL Full-Time | Permanent Overview We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support B2B sales operations within a growing territory. This role is designed as a leadership development position, offering structured training and mentorship toward promotion into a Branch Manager role with full P&L responsibility. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative sales mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage customer accounts while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with B2B customers, identifying equipment or service needs and recommending solutions Prospect new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline within an assigned territory Execute a consultative sales approach to close rental, lease, and equipment sales transactions Maintain and expand existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention Assist with credit management and collections activities as needed Track leads, customer activity, and sales performance using CRM and internal systems Support branch operations, including inventory tracking, reporting, and key performance metrics Participate in structured training to prepare for future Branch Manager responsibilities, including P&L ownership Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience 1–3 years of B2B sales experience Experience with territory management or account ownership preferred Skills & Competencies Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable working with data, CRM systems, and sales tracking tools Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Career Growth & Advancement Structured path to Branch Manager role within 1–2 years Opportunity to manage a full sales territory and branch P&L Increased compensation, including higher base salary, uncapped commissions, and performance bonuses upon promotion Internal promotion model with strong long-term career growth potential Compensation First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): up to $100,000 Competitive base salary + commission structure Additional incentive opportunities tied to performance Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company participation Paid time off + holidays Tuition assistance (up to ~$7,000/year) Additional supplemental benefits (FSA, legal plans, etc.) Additional Requirements Willingness to relocate out of state upon promotion (relocation assistance provided) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory
