We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth and customer outcomes within our Media and Entertainment (M&E) business. This role will lead a high-performing sales managers and their teams focused on serving customers across the M&E business.

Our M&E customer base spans a broad spectrum of Film, Audio, Broadcast, Pre/Post production, and creative organizations.

Across all segments, our customers share a common need for resilient and cost-effective technological infrastructure, including processor intensive pre/post production workloads, video and audio GenAI capabilities, Studio in the Cloud, and one time event support.

AWS is helping customers transform across all segments of the M&E industry. Our cloud infrastructure enables M&E customers to innovate faster, scale efficiently, and maintain the competitive edge required in today"s dynamic markets.

AI and agentic workflows are revolutionizing the industry, enabling M&E customers to speed time to release, move aging on-prem processes to cloud based technology, reduce costs across the entire creative process, and increase operational efficiencies. AWS provides the foundation for customers to build and deploy production-ready AI agents that automate complex workflows.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals focused on M&E accounts
  • Drive revenue growth and customer adoption across M&E sub-vertical segments
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with C-suite stakeholders at key accounts
  • Develop and execute territory strategies that identify whitespace opportunities and drive expansion
  • Partner with specialist teams to deliver tailored solutions across the production lifecycle
  • Navigate complex sales cycles in organizations with entrenched creative cultures and rapidly shifting delivery requirements
  • Foster collaboration across AWS teams to deliver comprehensive solutions for pre/post production, audio, video, and GenAI/Agentic areas
