Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and deploying web applications using AWS services. This is a 6-month contract position located in McLean, VA, and requires 100% onsite work from day one.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Develop and maintain serverless architectures using AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using AWS API Gateway and Lambda.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native applications using AWS services such as ECS, EKS, and Fargate.
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting application performance using AWS services such as CloudWatch and X-Ray.
• Knowledge of security best practices for AWS services such as IAM, KMS, and CloudTrail.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy web applications using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
• Develop and maintain serverless architectures using AWS services such as API Gateway, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines using AWS CodePipeline and CodeBuild.
