As a senior leader at Nasdaq, you will be accountable for shaping and executing the creative vision that defines how our brand shows up in the market. This role requires a proven ability to translate complex brand strategies into compelling creative work, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver measurable business impact through exceptional storytelling and content innovation. Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the creative and content strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with Nasdaq's global brand objectives and business priorities
Partner with executive stakeholders and the Head of Brand to translate positioning into integrated campaigns that elevate market presence and drive results
Build, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of content creators, copywriters, and creative strategists who deliver excellence at scale
Establish creative standards and governance frameworks in collaboration with Brand, Experience, and Design teams to ensure consistency and innovation
Serve as the guardian of Nasdaq's brand voice and creative identity, maintaining authenticity while pushing creative boundaries across all touchpoints
Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners, optimizing resources and maintaining quality control across internal and external work
Required Qualifications
15+ years of progressive creative leadership experience in brand, content, or agency environments with a strong portfolio demonstrating strategic impact
Demonstrated success leading and developing creative teams for 5+ years, with a track record of building high-performing organizations
Exceptional ability to translate complex brand strategies into compelling creative executions that drive measurable business outcomes
Strong executive presence with proven stakeholder management skills and comfort presenting creative concepts to C-suite leadership
Deep expertise in brand storytelling, messaging architecture, and multi-channel campaign development
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence across functions, manage creative operations, and balance quality with speed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, or capital markets industries
Background spanning both agency and in-house brand environments, with
experience launching or transforming creative teams
Familiarity with digital-first content creation, emerging creative technologies, and data-driven creative optimization
This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $143,000 - $279,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
