Pay Range: $40.00 - $47.00 Per Hour on W2
Job Summary:This role is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of audio-visual equipment for both daily conferencing and high-stakes live events. The ideal candidate will be adept at maintaining meeting room technology and executing flawless event setups and presentations. A calm demeanor under pressure and clear communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot daily conference room AV systems.
- Respond to urgent AV support requests.
- Plan, set up, and operate AV for live and hybrid events.
- Proactively inspect and test AV equipment.
- Communicate technical capabilities and limitations to business partners.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of AV Technician experience
- Prior experience with Zoom Rooms
- Experience with audio boards and AV switching
Experience supporting AV for corporate events and high-profile meetings is preferred.
