- Install, configure, and provide training on robotic, collaborative robot, and automation equipment
- You are going to perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure robotic systems operate at peak performance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic systems
- You are expected to deliver technical support and training to clients on operation and upkeep of robotic equipment
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve complex challenges and enhance system performance
- You will maintain accurate service records including maintenance logs and repair documentation
- Uphold safety standards and protocols throughout all service activities
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
