Automotive Finance Experience Required.

A well-established automotive dealership in the Charlotte area is looking for an experienced, results-driven Automotive Sales Manager who is ready to lead a dynamic team and drive our sales to new heights. What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
• Manage daily sales floor activity and deal flow
• Work deals and assist with closing business
• Drive sales performance, follow-up, and accountability
• Support recruiting and training as the team grows
• Work closely with Finance and dealership leadership
• Help deliver a professional, customer-focused buying experience
  
  

Who We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
• Automotive Finance experience
• Experience with CDK, Dealer Track, E-Leads, and VinQ preferred
• Proven automotive sales experience with leadership potential
• Strong deal-working and closing skills
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Organized, competitive, and results-driven
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
