Penmac Staffing is recruiting for an Auto & Liability Claims Customer Service Representative in Springfield, MO. This position plays a key role in supporting accident and claims reporting processes while providing exceptional customer service to managers, claim administrators, and other stakeholders.Requirements for the Auto & Liability Claims Customer Service Representative

Auto & Liability Claims Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
- Provide extensive phone support to field management, claim administrators, customers, and other contacts
- Complete loss notices for auto, property, and general liability claims
- Assist managers with claim procedures, insurance contacts, vehicle repairs, and related processes
- Notify appropriate claims personnel of serious accidents and incidents
- Support Claims Coordinators with administrative tasks while following established guidelines
- Process claim-related documentation and maintain accurate claim files
- Order police reports and other incident-related documentation as needed
- Follow up on subrogation files and maintain records of recovered funds
- Provide accident notifications to third-party insurance carriers
- Accurately enter and maintain claim information in claim management databases
- Assist with rental vehicle management to help control claim costs
- Serve as a resource regarding driver training policies and procedures
- Support communication of driving eligibility determinations
- Obtain and maintain claim-related reports, including accident, theft, vandalism, fire, and arrest reports
Compensation and Opportunity
