Position Summary:
The Autism Training Supervisor is responsible for supervising parent training program services and team members. This position oversees the delivery of parent training services and ensures that training services meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
Essential Functions:
- Oversees parent training program services and ensures families receive quality services that meet organizational, funder and accreditation standards.
- Supervises team members, including interviewing, hiring and training employees. Conducts ongoing observation of employee performance and provides effective coaching, feedback and performance evaluations. Reviews employee productivity and ensures staff are compliant in trainings/certifications and other required documentation.
- Provides parent training and consultations with school districts and other organizations. Teaches training workshops and addresses goals by using appropriate training strategies.
- Completes, reviews and approves documentation and ensures compliance with organizational, funder and accreditation requirements.
- Facilitates autism group activities, including Parent Support Groups, Sibshops, PEERS, etc.
- Plans and coordinates family events for autism services.
- Conducts and attends staff and team meetings.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or related field required.
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities, including autism.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Additional Requirements:
- This position works weekday day and evening hours and may work weekend hours depending on the needs of the organization.
- This position requires driving personal vehicle and may transport individuals.
- Must have reliable vehicle and maintain current driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Must complete and maintain all required trainings/certifications.
- Must maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
