NBC News Studios is seeking an experienced contract Audio & Mix Engineer to support the production of audio-first and video podcast programming. This role is responsible for engineering recording sessions, managing technical aspects of studio and remote productions, editing and mixing episodes, and helping maintain the highest standards of audio quality across our portfolio. The position will be primarily dedicated to supporting NBC News' daily podcast, Here''s The Scoop, while also contributing to other podcast productions as needed.
This is a Monday through Friday, full-time daily, hybrid role requiring four days onsite at NBC's 30 Rock location, though all five days may be onsite as needed to support production.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a short-term position with an estimated duration of 24 months or less, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.
