Attorney - Junior to Mid-Level
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
A boutique Austin-based law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney to join its growing practice. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with experienced leadership on sophisticated business transactions and regulatory matters across the energy and natural resources space.
The firm represents a diverse client base including business owners, investors, utilities, and landowners, with a focus on delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and transactional documents
Support and manage components of business transactions, acquisitions, and corporate structuring
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and strategy related to energy, water rights, utilities, and land use matters
Assist with matters involving real estate development, mineral rights, and infrastructure projects
Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance on complex regulatory frameworks
Work directly with clients, including business owners, operators, and investors

Qualifications

Texas Bar admission required or ability to obtain
