Note

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida and have approximately 2+ years of general attorney experience; bankruptcy experience is strongly preferred, but strong litigators with excellent writing skills will also be considered.

Job Description

  • Represent corporate debtors and other parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex insolvency issues
  • Assist with hearings, negotiations, and court appearances
  • Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-level matters
  • Support out-of-court workouts, restructurings, and related commercial litigation

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing
  • 2+ years of experience practicing law
  • Bankruptcy or restructuring experience preferred
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Initiative, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
