Substantial hours-based bonus structure: 10% of base salary at 1,900 hours, 25% at 2,000 hours, and 45% at 2,100 hours

Bar fees and CLE costs covered by the firm

Job Details

Support one or more litigation practice groups on active matters
Manage multiple case files and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
Prepare and manage discovery, including written discovery and depositions
Engage directly with clients, providing updates and business-focused legal advice
Collaborate with partners and fellow associates as part of a team-oriented case strategy
Contribute to business development efforts as experience grows
Maintain a minimum of 1,800 billable hours annually (inclusive of approved pro-bono and DEI work)
