What Youll Do
Handle insurance defense & civil litigation cases
Take and defend depositions
Draft motions, pleadings, and reports
Conduct legal research and analyze testimony
Manage case details from start to finish
Work directly with senior attorneys and grow into more
responsibility over time
What You Bring
35 years of litigation experience
Strong deposition and writing skills
Ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines
Detail-oriented and organized
Active Texas Bar license
Open to Transitioning into Insurance
Defense
If
your background is in another area of litigation and youve been wanting to
move into insurance defense, were open to that.
Were
happy to train someone who brings:
Strong deposition experience
Excellent research and writing skills
Ability to handle a high-volume caseload
A genuine interest in learning and growing in this space
