Core Responsibilities

Manage litigation matters through all phases, from case initiation through resolution or trial

Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other legal documents

Conduct depositions, witness preparation, and trial readiness activities

Perform in-depth legal research, case evaluation, and risk assessment

Develop litigation strategies and provide sound legal counsel to clients

Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings

Maintain strong case organization, deadlines, and communication throughout the litigation process
Required Qualifications

Active Bar admission in good standing

3–6 years of litigation experience handling varied legal matters

Trial preparation or courtroom experience preferred

Strong legal drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and case management abilities
