Position Summary
Seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to support the Business & Finance practice. This role involves working alongside senior attorneys on corporate and transactional matters, with exposure to a wide range of business law disciplines.
Key Responsibilities

Support mergers and acquisitions and related transactions

Assist with commercial lending and financing matters

Draft and negotiate agreements (purchase agreements, contracts, leases, NDAs, employment agreements)

Advice on entity formation, governance, and structuring

Collaborate on client strategy and deal execution

Build and maintain client relationships
Required Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
-
Active license to practice law
-
3–7 years of relevant experience

Strong legal drafting and communication skills

Solid understanding of applicable laws and regulations

Business-minded and client-focused approach

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal tech tools

Work Schedule
