    Senior Associate Attorney – Family Law

    An excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Law litigator to join a well-established, full-service law practice with a strong reputation, modern technology, and a genuine commitment to work–life balance.

    The Opportunity

    This role offers the chance to lead a diverse Family Law caseload, including:

    • Contested and uncontested divorces

    • Paternity, custody, and time-sharing disputes

    • Child support, modifications, and enforcement

    • Domestic violence injunctions

    • DCF and shelter proceedings

    You'll have access to administrative and junior legal support, advanced case management systems, and regular courtroom exposure across multiple Central Florida counties.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead case strategy and litigation from start to finish

    • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda

    • Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences

    • Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with support staff

    • Maintain proactive communication with clients and opposing counsel

    • Uphold high standards of professionalism and client service

    What You Bring

    • 6+ years of Family Law litigation experience

    • Active membership with the Florida Bar

    • Strong courtroom presence and negotiation skills

    • Client-focused, empathetic communication style

    • Proficiency with modern legal technology and case management tools

    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced litigation environment

    • Board Certification in Marital & Family Law (preferred, not required)
