Personal Injury Attorney – Litigation
Location: Fresh Meadows, Queens
Salary: $120K–$150K + Full Benefits After 6 Months

Established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with strong litigation experience to join its growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable handling personal injury cases, managing litigation, appearing in court, and working closely with clients and the legal team.

The attorney will be part of a full-time team of 6 professionals and will handle cases from litigation through resolution while providing strong legal strategy and client representation.

Responsibilities:
• Manage personal injury cases throughout the litigation process
• Prepare legal documents, motions, and case strategies
• Attend court appearances, conferences, and hearings
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
• Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, and case preparation
• Work collaboratively with the firm’s attorneys and support staff

Qualifications:
• Must have personal injury litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of the personal injury litigation process
• Experience handling court appearances and case management
• Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Compensation & Benefits:
• $120K–$150K salary based on experience
• Full benefits after 6 months
