ATM Systems Engineer (CLT)

Description

Position Summary

We seek a candidate to help support configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Charlotte ATM Lab, combined with experience in software installation and configuration.

Will be responsible for: Software Install, Configure Software and Patch (Windows)

• Install ATM software to Virtual ATM Machines (Hosted on vSphere infrastructure)
• Install ATM software to Physical ATM Machines
• Install Vulnerability Patches to address CVEs on Windows

Prepare Physical ATM hardware for test:

• Ensure all devices operative and in good working condition prior to test
• Configure physical devices to support different test scenarios
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues (faults/jams)
• Diagnose networking / connectivity issues
• Coordinate complicated repairs with on-site technicians

Install and Configure Software:

• Install software to Physical ATMS using USB sticks and remote distribution tools (SCCM)
• Install software to Virtual Machines
• Initiate scripted software installs to virtual machines
• Review software installations for success/failure and remediate failures
• Install software to Physical ATMS using remote distribution tools (SCCM)

Required Qualifications

Skills:

• Planning, scheduling and executing software installs and updates
• Software Distribution tools (e.g. SCCM)
• Networking skills
• PowerShell Scripting
• Python Scripting
• Familiarity with Bank of America Horizon Platform
• ATM hardware technician experience
• basic knowledge of AI Prompt engineering
