Atlanta Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (Spanish & English)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Sells and services new and existing accounts within assigned territory, maintaining and increasing the level of sales and profit margins.  Develops new business while achieving exceptional customer service.

Selling and Developing Duties:       
Expedites customer orders
Provides customer information including product specifications, pricing and other sales related details
Increases sales, profit and line items to current customers in compliance with company goals
Analyzes assigned territory for new business opportunities
Plans and controls target visits working closely with supervisor in developing sales targets
Collects and records complete “hands-on supported data” for new products trending with their customers.
Performs demos and cuttings when necessary
Customer Service/Support Duties:
Monitors and owns the responsibility for all of their customers’ orders
Begin each day by checking on the status of all orders for that day.  Follow up as necessary throughout the day as necessary.
Resolves customer shorts and emergencies through manager approved methods
Resolves customer complaints effectively
Keeps Customer files and bids up to date
Provides customers with requested customized order guides/purchasing tools as necessary
Supplemental Duties:
Excellent Communication flow between Supervisor and Employee regarding new account leads and the requirements they need.
Attends inside Sales meetings when necessary.
Studies assigned territory and monitors competitive actions
Promotes the positive image for Diaz Foods
Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change and all requirements are subject to modification

Work in office 
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1 – 2 years Customer Service or Sales experience
1 -2 years’ experience in the food industry
Excel, Microsoft Office, general computer skills required,AS400
