Job Overview:
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Assistant Director of Patient Care for the Medical Surgical Unit at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus. The Assistant Director of Patient Care Assists the Administrative Director of Patient Care to manage and deliver patient care services. Supports the nursing staff in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care based on department and regulatory requirements.
