Job Summary
Support analytical development and manufacturing organizations through statistical analysis, data curation, visualization, and reporting. Apply data science tools to generate actionable insights from stability, assay, and operational datasets.
Essential Job Functions
- Curate, maintain, and analyze long-term stability program data to support trending, product lifecycle management, and regulatory reporting.
- Curate and analyze assay control data across the department to monitor assay performance and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Perform statistical analyses on analytical, development, manufacturing, and operational datasets.
- Clean, organize, and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for scientific and business stakeholders.
- Apply statistical methods including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and trend analysis.
- Support predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings through technical reports and presentations.
- Comply with company procedures, data integrity requirements, and safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
- 0-2 years of data analysis, research, internship, or relevant project experience.
- Proficiency in Python; experience with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, or similar tools.
- Experience with R is preferred.
- Knowledge of data visualization, hypothesis testing, regression modeling, and machine learning concepts.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Salary range for this role is 49k-79k
