Job Title: Associate Sales Operations Analyst 4
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 1.5 months
Pay Range: $60.00/hr. to $66.93/hr. on W2
Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card only
 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO
Duties:

• The Associate Sales Operations Analyst will work directly with Sales, Sales Operations and Sales Analytics to provide timely and accurate insights to help manage the team's selling efforts.
• They will provide pipeline forecasting, KPI reporting, and ad hoc retention analysis.
• This is a fast-paced and constantly evolving sales environment that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and work towards weekly deadlines.
• The Associate SOA will possess analytical skills and the ability to work as a team, not only with the Sales Managers but with their sales Operations colleagues.

 
What you'll do:

• Work directly with senior CSM leaders to forecast customer retention, including root cause analysis supported by CRM insights and financial data points.
• Improve reporting workflows through automation or streamlined file structures.
• Work directly with sales managers to identify and collaborate on forward & backward account performance.
• Work closely with other SOMs to share knowledge, best practices, and facilitate standardization across the organization.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

 
Skills:

• Experience with financial analysis and root cause analysis
• Building financial models and recommending signals to improve accuracy
• Advanced Excel skills with thorough experience using pivot tables and reference formulas
• Tableau 1-3 years' experience in a Sales Operations, Finance, or other analytical role
• CRM 1-3 years' experience, preferably with MS Dynamics
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to create and maintain cross functional relationships
• Must have a 'can do' attitude and have an internal strong sense of urgency

 
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
