What Youll Do
- Manage a full 360 recruiting desk, supporting clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Source and place top talent in specialized roles
- Guide candidates and clients through interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Drive business growth through networking and consultative sales
