Associate Media Director

DescriptionIn this role, you will support the execution of our media strategy alongside the respective agency teams within Syneos Health. The Associate Media Director will own campaign management and execution of client media plans from the beginning of the process at strategy and channel development through plan development, execution, reporting, & optimization.Media StrategyProvide input and recommendations on appropriate channel mix and partner consideration setLiaise with external stakeholders spanning agency teams, client leads and media partnersPartner internally with subject matter experts beyond direct media including: search, social, programmatic, and analyticsWork on continuously providing trends and POVs proactively to our clients with new & innovative thinkingMedia PlanningLead the development of media planning storytelling by focusing on big picture thinkingHelp lead the team to develop comprehensive and detail plans that tie back to the overall strategyTroubleshoot when challenges ariseEnsure success and overall KPI delivery against assigned media programs and clientsQualificationsAbility to train/mentor and support junior staffBachelor's degreeExperience designing and implementing pharmaceutical media campaigns (HCP or DTC)Knowledgeable in audience buying and vendor contacts and capabilitiesExcellent presentation skills, and history of successful client engagementsExceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and detail orientedStrong analytical abilities and quantitative skillsThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
