In the role of Associate Marketing Manager, you'll build some of the most iconic brands, shaping culture and changing the way consumers enjoy beer. You'll get to operate as a business owner, effectively blending the art & science of marketing-all while having over 300 years of brewing heritage behind you. To help you do this and grow your career, you will participate in the Associate Marketing Manager Rotational program that focuses on building breadth of marketing experiences in a holistic way.
In this specific role, you will be responsible for executing key programs that bring refreshment to consumers, make more people want to engage with our brands and drive the brand's growth into the future.
What You'll Be Brewing:
Marketing Communications & Creativity
Responsible for developing and executing through-the-line marketing programs and advertising campaigns
Manage the creative development process with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Collaborate with marketing cross-functionals - including Media, Shopper, Partners, Precision Marketing & Data - to craft effective campaigns and analyze performance
Liaise with Field Marketing and key regional sales stakeholders to drive retail performance and sampling efforts in key markets
Brand Strategy & Consumer Understanding
Assist in the development of brand strategy and marketing plans, including inputs for annual planning process
Collaborate with Insights team to analyze brand, creative and consumer performance and discover opportunities
Work with Innovation and R&D to develop LTO offerings, including packaging, when applicable
Business Management & Commercial Fluency
Responsible for using various internal and external business and retail analytics tools to analyze business performance and develop impactful insights, including monthly business performance reports
Manage brand budget, including PO and invoice processing as well as tracking and forecasting
Work with Finance to maintain accuracy of budget and expenditures to meet financial expectations
Collaborate with Sales Operations to create product sell stories, retail tools and distributor engagement tactics
Partner with Supply and Demand Planning teams to manage inventories and volume forecast for the business

At Molson Coors, we're committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.
Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $94,000.00 - $123,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
