MRM Health is looking for a talented Associate Creative Director, Art to join our growing team. This person will work closely with the Creative team in producing a high-quality creative product for the agency's clients. Along with the account service representatives, the Associate Creative Director maintains contact with the client and presents the team's creative concepts to client representatives. On those accounts under their supervision, the Associate Creative Director provides leadership to art directors and copywriters, along with the Creative Director. They work closely with the other disciplines in delivering and exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare and fosters creative inspiration and fresh ideation for their team.

Education and Experience:
This job will be located in New York City. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
