This dynamic role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives, managing brand identity across all touchpoints, and collaborating closely with internal Sales, Creative, and Digital teams. The ideal candidate is passionate about finding innovative ways to engage consumers while supporting 360° marketing programs that drive both brand awareness and business results.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain consistency in brand appearance and execution across all consumer touchpointsParticipate in regular strategy and brand team meetings, contributing creative ideas to improve sales and brand engagementDevelop and track KPIs for marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and providing actionable insightsResearch innovative ways to increase brand engagement and consumer connectionAssist in executing 360° marketing programs and in-store point-of-sale (POS) materials for key brandsPartner with trade marketing team to manage coupon programs and promotional offersCollaborate with sales team to support customized programs for chain and on-premise accountsManage e-commerce newsletters and promotional offers to drive online traffic and DTC salesSupport and manage wine club communications, offers, and member engagement initiativesPull weekly sales, social, and digital reports, analyzing data and providing actionable insightsCoordinate internal creative projects (brochures, printed and digital materials) from initiation through productionManage external creative service requests, overseeing timelines, print production, and deliveryUpdate and manage all brand-related assets on BrandfolderWork collaboratively with digital media team, providing regular updates for strategic geotargetingManage and inspire agency partners to ensure brands are represented accordinglyIdeate, create, and manage creative content for all social media platforms, upholding brand identityLeverage social marketing platforms (e.g., Sprout) strategically to maintain comprehensive content calendarsExecute social community management, responding to consumer comments and questions in brand tone of voiceInvolved in all social media advertising across Facebook and InstagramUpdate and maintain brand websites, ensuring content accuracy and brand alignmentMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the wine industry or CPG sectorWine industry or CPG experience strongly preferredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelFluency with marketing platforms including Sprout, Asana, WordPress, and BrandfolderStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and extract actionable insightsExcellent copywriting and verbal communication skillsProven problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levelsSolid organizational and project management skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders (sales teams, agency partners, influencers)Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a teamSelf-starter who takes initiative to complete projects and meet deadlinesPassion for marketing with a pulse on social and industry trendsEye for detail and commitment to brand standardsThis is a full-time, in-office positionAll-hands-on-deck team environment requiring flexibility and adaptability#LI-ONSITEPay Range$75,000 - $85,000 USDAt Riboli Family Wines, we are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer and we are committed to an environment of mutual respect, diversity, and inclusion.
