    Description

    As the Associate Brand Manager - Licensed Sports & Fan Collectibles, you will support the end-to-end product execution for a high-growth portfolio of trend-driven sports and entertainment brands! Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, you will assist in bringing athlete partnerships, major sporting event milestones, and fan-driven trends to life through action figures, toys, and collectibles.     What You Will Do:

    • Support the Senior Brand Manager in day-to-day brand management and product execution for major sports properties, governing bodies, and entertainment partners.
    • Assist in translating athlete partnerships, major sporting event milestones, seasonality, and fan-driven trends into compelling action figures, toys, and collectibles that collectors crave.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product design, packaging, marketing) to support the product development lifecycle from concept to market.
    • Own and manage key operational documents, including product line planning docs, copy/photography briefs, and project management trackers
    • Manage licensor communications, portal submissions, and design approvals to ensure brand compliance and strict adherence to development schedules
    • Analyze point-of-sale data, consumer feedback, and competitive trends to identify new development opportunities and co-develop retail exclusive plans
    • Partner with the Sales team to gather global input, participate in key account calls, and assist in creating compelling brand presentation decks
    • Coordinate the timely creation, placement, and approval of development samples, presentation models, and marketing photography
    • Act as a central communication hub, updating cross-functional teams and stakeholders on project statuses, style guides, issues, and opportunities

    What We Are Looking For:

    • 2+ years of experience in brand development, product management, or project management within the consumer products, sports merchandising, or toy industry.

    • A strong passion for sports culture, athlete partnerships, and fan collectibles.
    • Familiarity with the end-to-end product development lifecycle and global manufacturing processes

    • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to confidently engage diverse audiences across all organizational levels

    • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret data, measure metrics, and formulate strategic recommendations

    • A highly adaptable, organized, and collaborative mindset with the capacity to seamlessly manage multiple shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

    Nice To Have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is a plus

    • Prior experience within the toy, games, or consumer goods industry is a plus

    • Knowledge of digital rights management (DRM) systems is a plus

    What We Offer 

    The salary range for this position is $75,840 - $91,740 / Yr. The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.   

    Our benefits package includes basic medical insurance that is 100% company-paid for employees and their children, employee basic life and AD&D insurance, a 401(K) retirement program with Jazwares matching up to 4% of pretax or post-tax deferrals, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.    

    Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year, and Time Off for vacation and sick leave.  Through Jazwares Cares, you will have the opportunity to volunteer for up to 16 hours a year on community service projects.
