Meaningful Work from Day One: All B-F Marketers are expected to lead the development of "best in class" brands, marketing programs, and capabilities, while driving the Corporate & USA Marketing strategies. Associate Brand Manager's role is to support their respected brands and teams in delivering on four key strategic goals: 1) Captivating the Consumer, 2) Leveraging and Strengthening the Portfolio, and 3) Making it Easy to Buy and Sell our Brands. Associate Brand Managers are critical team members, driving the diagnostics, consolidation of data and knowledge across the functional capability areas to enable decision making, and leading the development and implementation of short term tools and platforms. What You Can Expect: The ABM is responsible for driving brand success through selling support, business analytics, consumer-first strategy execution, and tactical project management. Selling Support, Campaign Management & Collaboration + Create, manage, and distribute sales and trade marketing materials to support local market needs. + Assist in the day-to-day management of advertising and promotional campaigns, providing tactical support such as creative development oversight and budget tracking. + Communicate & Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, finance, insights, and operations-to ensure alignment and the successful implementation of marketing initiatives and the broader brand plan. + Champion internal brand communications by sharing key updates, wins, and performance highlights across the organization. Strategic Planning & Business Analytics + Support the Senior Brand Manager in the diagnostics, development, and execution of marketing plans, incorporating market research, business performance, competitive analysis, and consumer insights. + Track market performance and monitor competitor strategies, compiling necessary data to provide actionable insights. + Track and translate business analysis into recommended marketing actions-including advertising, promotion, product, pricing, and retail programs. + Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend optimizations. Consumer-First Strategy & Media Execution + Own the briefing process and lead the execution of consumer-first marketing campaigns across paid media, owned channels, PR, and eCommerce platforms. + Lead the execution and deployment of paid and owned media, including custom content, influencer campaigns, email, and social media. Guide media plan development, coordinate with external agencies and vendors to deliver best-in-class work, and conduct QA for all paid media campaigns. + Ensure all creative complies with brand guidelines and undergoes necessary legal reviews. + Ensure that brand presence across owned and customer (eComm) properties is continuously up-to-date and optimized to attract and convert consumers. + Support media performance reporting and learning agendas, provide feedback for optimization, and develop executive summaries. What You Bring to the Table: + Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Marketing, Business or similar. + Experience: At least 5+ of proven brand-building and marketing success stories. + Analytical Skills & Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply critical thinking to gather and interpret data on business performance, consumer behavior, and competitors. Translates these insights into clear strategic actions that guide marketing decisions. + Communication & Influence Skills: Uses clear, concise communication to simplify complexity, align stakeholders, and influence without authority across a matrix. Effectively manages external agencies to drive strategic outcomes. + Digital/Social Media Acumen: Understanding of digital and social media platforms and how to leverage them for brand building. + Project Leadership & Management: Demonstrates strong ownership to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, consistently delivering results on time and with excellence. + Curiosity & Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in ambiguity. Quickly learns the brand ecosystem, applying creative problem-solving and an agile, growth-driven approach to generate innovative marketing solutions. What Makes You Unique: + Masters Degree (M.A., MBA or Equivalent) + Spirits/beverage alcohol industry experience preferably with on-premise experience. + Strong understanding of digital/modern media marketing including CRM, social media and community management. + Experience working on emerging or small brands, demonstrating a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset.
