Helsell Fetterman seeks an attorney to support the firm's business, corporate and other transactional law. An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who looks to take a strategic and leadership role in the matters they support. The soft skills of client and interpersonal relationships are just as important as the hard skills of drafting, writing and research. Working side by side with partners, the candidate will receive practical, real mentorship as they provide quality and effective representation. Successful candidates will have experience in business transactions such as but not limited to contract review, formations, federal and local tax, leases, sales and mergers .
