Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced associate attorney to join its HOA and real estate litigation practice, supporting a senior team with deep institutional knowledge and a long-standing reputation for professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the firm and its clients in handling a broad range of HOA-related and real estate litigation matters
• Represent homeowners associations in enforcement and compliance disputes, assessment collection matters, and interpretation of governing documents
• Draft and review:
• • Demand letters
  • Pleadings and motions
  • Legal correspondence and enforcement notices
• Assist with litigation matters from pre‑litigation through resolution, including motion practice and hearings
• Conduct factual and legal research and prepare reports, summaries, and memoranda as needed
• Organize, maintain, and manage litigation files within the firm's electronic doc
