Based in Los Angeles, Rezvani Law is seeking an Attorney to join our team. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a team of experienced case managers as well as managing a variety of personal injury cases in the pre-litigation stages.
The ideal candidate is confident, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work alongside experienced trial attorneys and litigation support teams while having access to a wide range of resources to help deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage pre-litigation for assigned cases from intake to settlement.
- Assist with case evaluation, case strategy, medical management to increase case value and obtain maximum settlement for clients.
- Manage file handlers and legal assistants ensuring that all cases are smoothly moving along.
- Provide excellent service to all clients.
Skills & Requirements:
- Qualified candidate will have a CA license and
- 1-2 years or more of Personal Injury legal experience.
- Excellent research and writing skills are required.
- Must be familiar with reading medical reports and bills.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with serious injury cases.
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
